We acknowledge that our young people may have much multi-faceted and complex behaviour. We will develop a clear plan to ensure that we are able to meet their individual needs.

We actively encourage the young people to participate in all aspects of their Care Plan and in any decisions that may impact upon their future. We also work closely with families to make sure that everyone is comfortable with any decisions made.

Our intention is to provide fulfilling opportunities that are rewarding and support personal development through a variety of experiences. We want our young people to be happy and engaged in activities that build confidence and self-esteem.

Our supported housing and respite care facilities are designed to bring together small groups of young people to live together so they can quickly build strong relationships with others that they live with. Plus we ensure that there is a member of our team available at all times in the accommodation.

Our accommodation is located in Derby and Leicester and we welcome young people from across the Midlands.
