We acknowledge that our young people may have much multi-faceted and complex behaviour, requiring a clear strategy to ensure that we are able to meet their individual needs. It is imperative that wherever possible, we actively encourage their participation in all aspects of their care plan and in any decisions that may impact upon their future. Our intention is to provide fulfilling opportunities that are rewarding and support personal development through a variety of experiences. We want our young people to be happy and engaged in activities that build confidence and self-esteem.
